Dr. Binsky is a researcher in the fields of game theory and computer science, with extensive managerial and commercial experience working with software, hardware, and telecommunications companies across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, he served as the CEO and co-founder of playXmobile, a pioneering startup in the field of Mobile Brand Safety, specializing in identifying problematic applications in the Play Store.

In his business endeavors, Dr. Binsky managed regional operations in value-added services (VAS) and mobile applications, focusing on forging strategic partnerships with major organizations.

Alongside his professional career, he is a lecturer at Tel Aviv University, Afeka Academic College of Engineering, and Tel Aviv-Yaffo Academic College. Dr. Binsky holds degrees in computer science, law, and economics.
